Overview:

The oldest running event of Dwarka is also our flagship event. 12^th Dwarka Half Marathon & Charity Run is on 25^th Aug, the Joy of Running will be at its best. It’s a road run with course details to be announced soon.

Race Categories:

► Half Marathon (5:00am start, Min age 18yrs, cutoff 3hrs)- 2000/-
► 15Km Run (5:30am start, Min age 18yrs, cutoff 2hrs)- 2000/-
► 10Km Run (5:30am start, Min age 12yrs, cutoff 1:30hrs)- 2000/-
► 5Km Run (6:00am start, Min age 8yrs, cutoff 50mins)- 1600/-
► 5Km Fun Walk (6:00am start, Min age 8yrs, non-timed)- 1200/-

Discounts:

► Flat 60% discount till 12^th May
► Flat 50% discount till 15^th July
► Flat discounts slabs will be taken off once the targeted discount spots are filled in each slab.

Last date of registration:

Registrations close on 19^th Aug or as soon as the targeted slots are filled.

Prizes & Gifts for Winners:

► The fastest 3 males & females in each distance category (21.1Km, 10Km, 15Km & 5Km Run) will be felicitated with trophies. There is no Cash prize. Age Category podium finisher will be felicitated on a later date. Ranking by Net Time or chip time.
► 5Km Walkathon is a non-competitive category.

Refund Policy:

- In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.
- No question asked refund policy: In case, a participant wants to withdraw from the event then he/she should inform the organizers at least 10 days before the event date, at support@coachravinder.com to get a full refund.

Waiver statement:

I affirm and state that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for participating in the designated race. I have been certified to be physically fit by licensed medical practitioner and agree to indemnify the organizers its agents, employees and associates, the organizing committee and other persons connected to the event against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, claims or proceedings arising out of any misstatement and/ or misrepresentation made herein.
