Expo Dwarka, (Bib & Kit distribution):
Venue- Vegas Mall, 3rd Floor, near PVR Luxe Escalators, Sec 14 Dwarka.
Directions- Take lift from Lift lobby behind Da Milano store at the ground floor of the Mall

Date & Time-
Saturday, 22nd April. 1pm to 6pm (5hrs)
Participants should collect their bib within the above-mentioned duration.
If you have opted for door delivery of the kit then it will be sent by 18th April at your address. We are not taking new bookings now
Note: Do not exchange your bibs. If you can’t come to collect their bib, may authorize someone or their group representative to collect on your behalf. Carry the copy of confirmation mail or simply tell the bib number.
Bibs & T-shirts will not be distributed on race day morning.
Race Day (23rd April) Assembly Venue:
Courtyard, Vegas Mall, Sec 14, Dwarka (near Sec 14 Metro Station)

Reach at the venue, One hour before the respective start of your race category.
Race Flag-off Time:
► Half Marathon- 5:00AM (follow route map)
► 10Km & 15Km Run- 5:30AM (U-turn at 5Km & 7.5Km respectively)
► 5Km Run & 5Km Walkathon- 5:45AM (U-turn at 2.5Km)
Parking:
Parking will be inside Vegas Mall. Avoid last minute rush. Carpooling is highly recommended.
Medal & Breakfast:
Participants will get finishers’ Medals as they complete their run and hot breakfast too.
Hydration:
There will be 6 aid-stations on the 10.5Km long course. Aid-station will be fully stocked with water, energy drinks, running snacks and first-aid. Note- water will be served in disposable cups
Toilets:
Toilets are in the assembly area, toilet bus at start point and portable toilet will be at 5 Km Mark. Run on the same side of road while returning after your respective u-turn, or you will miss the Energy Stations and may stray off the route.
Baggage Counter:
Deposit your baggage (no valuable item inside) at medal counter & Baggage counter

Rewards & Gifts:
No cash prizes. Overall, fastest 3 in male & female category of Half Marathon, 15K, 10K & 5K will be felicitated on race day itself. Age Category podium finisher in Half Marathon, 15K, 10K & 5K Runs will be felicitated in small prize distribution ceremony on a later date
5Km Walkathon is a non-competitive category.

We are also celebrating Earth Day which is on 22nd April. Dispose all the trash, disposable glasses and bottles in the dustbin. Or, pass it on to the volunteers. Help us keep the race route clean. As usual, our team of volunteers will clean the venue & route after the event is over.
